Speed (mm/s) = Motor RPM × Lead Screw Pitch / 60. Speed depends on lead screw pitch and motor RPM. A larger pitch or higher motor RPM increases speed.

Packaging: 5-layer corrugated boxes + bubble wrap + plastic wrap.

Damaged goods: Reject delivery, send photos to customer service, and our sales engineer will resolve it.

Return policy: No returns for mismatched specs. KHMOS covers defects (shipping costs included).
