始创于1995年，注册资本：1778万元。现位于什邡市经济开发区（南区）长江路西段51号，占地面积为140亩，并于2016年6月通过国内医药GMP认证。企业共有员工170人，其中工程师、药师20名，技术人员40人。
公司在发展过程中连年获得各项殊荣，分别被评为“先进集体”、“技改扩张先进企业”、“重点龙头企业”、“四川省首批最具成长型中小企业100强”、 “四川省小巨人企业”、“专精特新企业” 等光荣称号。公司于2019年、2020年先后取得了“德阳市技术中心”、“四川省企业技术中心”、“四川省高新技术企业”称号。
